SERUM DE VIE 2022

Serum de Vie is a single-varietal wine made from a plot of old Carignan vines in Cassagnes (66720). This is a generous, full-bodied wine with a lovely freshness on the palate and a very slight sweetness, with a hint of vanilla on the nose. Velvety tannins, aromas of ripe fruit with a hint of chocolate and scents of the garrigue will surprise you as you discover the Caramany terroir. This cuvée is an exceptional limited edition.
